Raise house 8'. (or 12') Cover entire bluff with a structure of stone,
[inserted, vertically in margin:] brick faced with natural stones,
steel, & concrete 8' to 15' high
[added lower on page:] circular bastion at point, 1/2 round "

at present flower bed. to resemble the bluff outside inside lined with
white tiles sides & overhead, floor hardwood. Rifle range, bowling
alley, swimming tank, bath tub W.C. gymnasium (Museum?)
Small power house for electric plant, pump for salt & fresh water,
condenser etc. etc.?
